Love the skiing! Terrain is awesome! Mountain Ops does a great job. Hate booting up in the parking lot. Wish there was a base lodge for getting ready. Especially for families. The staff on the mountain are very hospitable and helpful. The ski patrol are the most professional group of dedicated individuals I have had the pleasure to meet. Their focus is making the mountain safe for everyone. They do it with enthusiasm and class! The only negatives we encountered here were the servers in the restaurants around the base area. They just didn't seem happy. Yes they have large crowds to deal with but, they can make a big impact on the customer experience. We had a few blah encounters at the base restaurants and bars. The staff at Casper mid lodge was the exception. A great place overall! Definitely will go back

My First visit in December 2021 was epic. Challenging terrain, incredible snow conditions, well groomed, friendly and helpful staff, many lifts and gondolas, multiple options for food/drink, and downright beautiful. There were some things that were less-than-epic though. Finding a Parking spot was challenge, and parking is expensive ($30-40 for a few hours). Private lesson was great for my sons but expensive - almost $800 for 4 hours. An electrical problem disabled most of the lifts one day…A refund wasn’t offered. Lift tickets are very expensive - $135 for half day. Weeks in advance, I Couldn’t even get full day tickets because they were limiting sales due to Covid (?) My sons are novice-level snowboarders and beginner terrain is limited.

So much to do here! Summer and winter! You will never be bored! Make sure you ride the tram! One of my favorite experiences!!🙌🏼 The view at the top is breathtaking. Be sure a bring a jacket, even in the heat of summer! Also, sign up for the tram online and it’s cheaper. Then go into the ticket office and pick up your wrist band.

Really fun resort in all seasons...but we were most recently here late August 2022. Lots of good food, shops with various Sales on outdoor items, things to see and etc. A fun day with the kids and the property is really well maintained. Nice landscaping. There is currently some construction taking place but it's really nbd. Can't wait to return with skis!

Nice mountain. Parking if you are staying in a condo near the resort is atrocious. Food in the resort was decent. Having zero water fountains in the resort is also a huge drag. Come prepared or be prepared to spend time driving each day to Jackson for food and such. The slopes here are definitely a place I'd not bring a first timer or uncomfortable person unless you're prepared to stay down low all day.
