Hotel Terra Jackson Hole

Loved our stay over Labor Day Weekend. We were first concerned after checking in late w/ a night staff member who spoke limited English and struggled to understand basic questions and the room was cold. However, the staff we met the next morning was helpful and friendly at all times and the heating issues were resolved. We received a generous update to a suite and a nice welcome amenity to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Great bathroom and suite layout w/ spacious balcony. Breakfast in Osteria was good. We liked the convenience of location, amenities, helpful concierge service and the style/ vibe of the hotel and are planning to return for skiing.

THE MOUNTAINS WERE CALLING! Hotel Terra did not disappoint and provided us with a luxurious space to come relax after "playing" (hiking, biking, action activities) all day in the Tetons. After a sweaty day on the hill or bike, it was great to clean up with these large showers and the "unique" bath tubs that provide an all over massage. The beds were super comfy and we loved padding around in our soft, cuddly robes. The front desk and concierge services were superb. Thank you Hotel Terra....we'll see you next time! The food at the restaurants were absolutely delightful!

Andres provided one of the best services I’ve ever received from a hotel. Great ski in and ski out resort. the rooms are spacious and the two bedroom suites are cozy

We didn't stay here during our trip, but came to ride the tram up. But from the outside, it is immaculately kept. The grounds and landscaping were beautiful, both my friend and I said we should have stayed here during our trip. But there is always next time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and we do recommend this stay if money is no concern. Comfortable rooms, beds, nice showers (took a minute to figure out), robes, and enjoyable hot tubs. Our 3-star rating is based on prices. At over $550 a night weekend rate for just the hotel with no ski package we expected a bit more. We just felt nickel and dimed. $4 water bottles, $10 canned beers (extra above a tip if delivered to hot tub which you had to call from a phone), approximately $35 minimum a person for breakfast, and $11 for the a dirty laundry bag (Not even a free plastic bag). Meals as expected for two people about $80 to $120. Loss of satellite TV service. Compared to other places we visited in a similar and lower price range services were more readily available. At this price point we would expect at least pool drink service, simple complimentary breakfast before skiing, and a sauna or steam room. For us to give 5-star we would expect what other hotels are providing in this class of hotel.
