    We stayed in a queen room and found it cozy with a fireplace and kitchenette. It was very clean and quiet. A nice respite at the end of long days of exploring. The breakfast was good with biscuits one day and French toast the other. Both days, they had eggs, sausage of some kind, and fresh fruit available (among other things, but thats what i enjoyed). There was not much of a view, partial mountains but mostly the street and other hotels. It was expensive for what we got, but that is just Jackson Hole prices. I knew booking with Hilton was our best bet for a good stay. I would suggest new mattresses though, ours was not very comfortable and kind of dipped in toward the middle.

    The staff is super helpful, the rooms need to be updated as well as the wifi. The staff was excellent but they were in agreement that the wifi was an issue. The rooms were clean but could definitely use an update as mine smelled like stale smoke.

    ** Update 11.10.23 - Still no word back from Hotel Management/Owners even though I reached out to them as they requested in their response to this review. This just reinforces my thoughts on them not really caring one way or the other about the guests feedback or the quality of the rooms they provide...** Location is the only draw for this hotel. The Service was okay depending on who was helping you. Daily breakfast was either overcooked or never enough for everyone even when there was plenty of time left (7am-10am). This is usually not an issue at Hilton properties for me at least. We have visited tons of these across the States as well as other Hilton Brand locations and this was definitely not one of their best showings, it was one of their worst. There were broken lamps in the both rooms at various areas, the bathroom door was off level in one of the rooms and wouldn't stay closed, the fireplace didn't work until our last day there in one of the two rooms we were staying in, WiFi was laughable as I just used my travel hotspot and the appliances were different or lacked features across both rooms even though they were right next to each other... This information was communicated to Hotel Staff and nothing was done or said to us. They thanked us for being Diamond members upon check in, however it seems that doesn't really matter to them in the long run as no attempt was made during our stay or after to make things right... I would rather try the Hampton Inn just outside of town at a third of the price next time or if thats just as bad we can just stay at something other than a Hilton Brand in that area since it seems like guest satisfaction, specifically this location, is not their priority. **I want to highlight that this does not reflect how I feel about the numerous other Hilton Portfolio Brands we have stayed at in the past as the majority of them have been great stays.** The point of staying at something familiar is consistency, when a brand such as Hilton fails at this I believe they deserve to hear about it on a public forum. I know these properties are generally "franchised" in one way or another but it was definitely a let down when the bar was set so low for a property in a premier destination...

    Conveniently located with decent parking. Amenities are good too - kitchen, living area are very decent. The issue is like to highlight is this: if you’re running a pet-friendly hotel, then you need to focus a bit more on your housekeeping. I could smell an animal the moment I walked in the room. Most hotels are pet-friendly - but I’ve never run into this issue at any other place - at least not at a hotel priced this high.

    Please note while we were here the hotel was undergoing major renovations. I do want to acknowledge Tony at the front desk for his kindness. Also the housekeeping staff and the cafe employee. Our actual room was renovated but the exterior hall was getting a reno. The pool and hot tub are nice. There is a shuttle to Jackson Hole and the airport and he did a great job getting us around.
