Homewood Suites – Jackson Hole
-
We had a 1 bedroom on a back corner. Our view was of the alley and a construction lot. We stay in a lot of 1 bedroom units and this was the smallest we have ever seen. If someone stood at the 2 person kitchen table, no one could get to the 8x10 living room. Crazy tiny. The bed was comfortable and they brought me a couple of extra pillows that I loved. This place was easily within walking distance to the downtown square area. We enjoyed it. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was fair. The bagels were usually hard. I had to throw 2 away. The eggs were not good. There was a different fresh fruit each day. There was always bagels, oatmeal, yogurt and cereal. We used points to stay there. Very expensive, but I hear prices all over town were crazy.

We stayed in a queen room and found it cozy with a fireplace and kitchenette. It was very clean and quiet. A nice respite at the end of long days of exploring. The breakfast was good with biscuits one day and French toast the other. Both days, they had eggs, sausage of some kind, and fresh fruit available (among other things, but thats what i enjoyed). There was not much of a view, partial mountains but mostly the street and other hotels. It was expensive for what we got, but that is just Jackson Hole prices. I knew booking with Hilton was our best bet for a good stay. I would suggest new mattresses though, ours was not very comfortable and kind of dipped in toward the middle.

The staff at Homewood Suites is amazing! They were helpful with all of our questions throughout our stay and even helped find babysitting services for us so that we could enjoy a night out on the town while the kiddos stayed at the room. The hotel might be slightly dated, but it's quiet, conveniently located so that it's walking distance all the main attractions in Jackson (sits on the same street at the rodeo and Snake River Brewing, only two blocks from the main square and The Bunnery) and affordable (for what the rest of Jackson is charging). I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

We loved our stay at Homewood Suites. Super clean, very comfortable, caring and welcoming staff. The suite rooms are too cute. They’ve really thought of everything to make your stay very nice. Note: if you’re bringing your dog, be aware that there isn’t much grass around the hotel or the surrounding area to relieve them. You need to get creative.

Conveniently located with decent parking. Amenities are good too - kitchen, living area are very decent. The issue is like to highlight is this: if you’re running a pet-friendly hotel, then you need to focus a bit more on your housekeeping. I could smell an animal the moment I walked in the room. Most hotels are pet-friendly - but I’ve never run into this issue at any other place - at least not at a hotel priced this high.
