High Alpine Anglers

My wife and I are complete first timers to fishing and we had a great time with Bill down the Salt River. Even though it was raining and there was some light wildfire smoke we couldn’t have had more fun. Each of us caught a handful of fish. Thanks Chris and Bill!

Fantastic family experience! Our family fished with Eric @ High Alpine Anglers during our recent family vacay to Grand Tetons & Yellowstone Nat’l Parks. This was our 2 daughters’ first time fly fishing and they had a fantastic experience. Eric was punctual, friendly and provided everything we needed. The locations he selected were postcard perfect! Eric is a natural teacher. He was patient & energetic with our girls and his love of the sport was infectious.

I spent my first day fly fishing on the Snake with Chris learning the basics. His expertise and coaching had us pulling fish constantly of out the river, it was truly and incredible experience. We pulled 40+ fish and loved every second of it. Highly recommend!

What an awesome trip!!! Henry was an incredible guide and was extremely helpful when teaching us how to fly fish (we had no prior experience of fly fishing). After his instruction, we were catching trout all by ourselves. He lead us to the honey holes and the fish wouldn’t stop biting!! Would highly recommend, worth every penny!!
