Leann is the founder of HeART Revolution Therapy and Counseling. Leann holds a master’s in art therapy and counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She has extensive clinical experience working with individuals struggling with topics like identity formation, trauma, relationship struggles, unexpected life changes, social anxiety, behavior and attention challenges, depression, anxiety, dissociation, low self-esteem, grief, Alzheimer’s, and dementia. Leann strives to create a safe space and trusting relationship that offers healing and hope through her therapeutic practice. Her holistic approach incorporates mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, Internal Family Systems, and integrative therapeutic approaches driven by evidence-based practices to help clients overcome obstacles, heal from trauma, and cultivate their wellness. Leann values diversity and embraces a culturally humble approach to therapy that meets clients where they are. Through her compassionate and non-judgmental guidance, Leann empowers clients to find their voice, tell their stories, and discover inner peace and wisdom.
