We had to return to Hatch after being in Jackson last summer where we had a great experience. This time we brought our friends who fell in love with it too! Service is so fast, staff is very friendly and the food and drinks are amazing!! Come for happy hour and make sure you try a spicy hatch or mezcal margarita! The chicken tacos and tortilla soup were some of our favs! And the guac/salsa with chip to start is a no brainer!

Great dinner ! The yellowtail poke was great! At first we thought it was salty but the aftertaste was really well balanced. My only feedback is one more flour tortilla chip would have been great! The Pozole was outstanding The tacos were good but didn’t compare to the first 2 dishes. Highly recommend

Came here on Sunday night with family. Hostess was bubbly and nice. Sat us quickly in shade of patio. Waiter greeted us warmly and got our drink order in quickly, but then the restaurant got more busy and our waiter might have been the only waiter serving the entire restaurant as our water glasses were never re-filled. We had to ask to order, to get more chips, to get salad dressing that never arrived with our salad, etc. I don’t blame the waiter. We never saw the manager nor did the waiter have much help. The food was ok. Not a ton of flavor.

Well this is a breath of fresh air! Friendly little restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. They have a super staff and fresh ingredients for tacos. I had the salmon tacos and they were great.

This is a particular place to have Tacos. There are some different version of tacos and healthy food options, the ones that ee ordered were tacos al pastor and cochinita pibil. I would say they were good enough. I feel like the pork of cochinita pibil needs more spices and probably more marination time. The tacos al pastor were just okay, I was not expecting to see the turning trompo where they cut the meet from. I missed a good salsa, because the one they offered for the tacos looked and tasted like the sauce you get in other restaurants for your chips appetizers, after all we enjoyed. Unfortunately we got sick after because (we believe) it was the tortilla soup that made our stomaches upset, we think so because the soup when we started eating it at the same time, we immediately noticed that it tasted very sour, more than it should, but since we were hungry, we didn't take much importance, but once we left the place, we started to feel a stomach discomfort and the rest is.. you know.
