Key cards were not programmed properly, did not work so we had to run back to the front desk to get it fixed while kids and dogs were waitingIt outside, windy and cold. Breakfast areas are clean, room was clean. Staffs are in the back room until guests show up in front when they detected people from the surveillance camera but one time I was waiting there for a while, not one came out until I called out. A bell might work better. They charge $50 per night for dogs. We stayed in hotels in Rock Springs and Jackson Holes in similar hotels was charged $25 only. The floor was not very clean because the room are used for guests with pets.

The only complaint I have is the fridge has no freezer and towels are very small for large men or prego women. Also, breakfast is amazing lots of choices, they have a snack store 24/7 and all the amenities are open from 6 to midnight mostly. Large parking lot. Dark curtains Maybe needs better shower curtains for less mess and maybe add a shower matt Can't wait to come back

This Hampton Inn is outstanding even by Hampton Inn standards. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had. Cinnamon roll waffles-mmmm! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly but a particular shout out goes to Pamela and Tina who prepared the breakfast. Did I mention cinnamon roll waffles? Mmmmm!

We stayed with a group before and after backpacking in the Wind Rivers. Got to check-in early, store luggage, and eat our fill of the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and super comfortable. Worth staying at if you are anywhere in the area!

Here on business and got the king suite. Great hotel overall. The 1 bad thing is the bed. Just like all other Hampton Inns, the bed is horrible. There were a lot of pillows so I lined them all up and slept on top of them. Everything else was great though. Enough room to move the desk where I wanted, the desk chair was great, wifi was great, bathroom was great, and it was quiet almost all the time. Had a kitchen sink, counter space, small microwave and fridge (no freezer part). Fitness room is decent size for a hotel. Apples and coffee available even after breakfast is over. The pool has a 4" wading part attached to it which is great for families with little kids. The hot tub is Huge, but only some of the jets work. Such a great hotel, just wish the Hampton beds didn't suck so much.
