My happy place. Fabulous view of the grand Teton mountains — why do you think the world’s central bankers come here each year for their conference? Cabins are pretty good, considering their age, and the main building is a classic. Good employees. Not cheap, but worth the price. ❤️

This is a review for Colter Bay Village cabins which is run by Grand Teton Lodge Company: Rustic old-style cabins in a beautiful area. We stayed there for a night in a room with a queen and a double-size bed with a private shower. The room was clean and nice. The outside porch was private and pleasant. Check-in was relatively easy and smooth. We also enjoyed the nearby hike(Hermitage point) in the morning. Good area for birding if you're interested. Cons: Our room had no fridge, TV, microwave, or even coffee maker! Also, the convenience store opens at 8. So if you wanna go out for an early hike you have no coffee! -Walls in these cabins are really thin so if you're a light sleeper you may find it annoying. We could easily hear our neighbor snoring:))

Stayed in Jackson lake lodge cabin for two days The view is great outside the glass window of the main lobby. Breakfast was slightly overpriced but the service was good. The room is decent given the fact that it’s in a national park. However there could be bugs coming inside your room from the leaks of your windows ( or when you leave your door open) If you care about this, then be careful when you choose to stay in any cabin-like lodges. Conclusion: slightly overpriced, nice view and room, there are flies and small bugs but this is what you get when you are close to nature ( it’s the same in all other cabins in other parks as well)

Great little cabin. Didn't use it much other than for sleeping as we were out enjoying the park. It was a bit of a walk from the lodge itself, but able to enjoy the night sky every night. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Parking did get a little tight at one point, but cleared out the next day. Also need to plan ahead for the high end restaurant as they only take reservations.

Of the last three hotels I stayed in this only one I could read which was a shampoo conditioner and body wash. The beds pillows are great along with the showers . We ate four meals in the facility none was bad. We had the prime rib which is delicious and had a nice salty crust on the outside cooked to perfection. I had burgundy mushrooms I thought were so so some of the group had the beans we thought they were a little undercooked but yet had a great flavor. I had the smoked trout soup which was delicious. I had the buffalo one night and beware it's a little chewy than the steak servings was plentiful and had mashed potatoes both nice. Some of the party had creamed spinach so I had it one night it really cared for it. The buffet breakfast was really good eggs bacon fruit I thought the honeydew was really good. The bread they serve for dinner is fantastic. We have breakfast in the diner one morning I believe I like it the best. One evening we had the brie get it it's worth it. But the best thing of this hotel are the views of the Grand Tetons. I've seen pictures of the Tetons all my life but seening them with your own eyes cannot compare. While I was always seen in the meadow in front of the hotel. The hotel staff was cordial and accommodating. Don't miss out on walking out the front of the hotel and walking to the no to the right great view.
