I have done business with this company on multiple occasions, spending a good mount of money for their vodka and associated products. Last time I visited, you could walk in at leisure and randomly sample any drink you wanted. So, while in the area, my wife and I visited only to be turned away because we did not have an “appointment.” Is this now a doctor’s office? When Driggs acquired an O’Reilly’s Auto Parts Store, this liquor company lost its small-town touch as well. In addition to the now required scheduled appointment, you have to wear a mask, and this is the only restaurant/bar setting in the Teton Valley that requires such. We even used to talk to the owner one-on-one. Maybe that family sold out for a bigger company. The customer service vibe certainly feels that way, losing the personal touch, and the female bartender certainly displayed no sense of hospitality when she ushered us out the front door without apology or remedy for our deep disappointment. Stopping by here was a complete waste of time out of our way! We will not be doing business here again, to say the least, and I would suggest you look for your local distillery visits elsewhere. You can much better than this lost cause.

Not Worth the Drive or Your Time !!! The tall and snotty girl with the pink colored hair behind the vodka counter had minimal information about the different vodkas they sell. Perhaps, she could have at least googled the different pairings or provided a short summary how each vodka was made. When asked about the different vodkas, she looked very confused, irritated, and never answered our inquires. Not the best tool in the shed or the brightest light in the house. Horrible customer services with a great big pink attitude. Spend your money somewhere else. No Stars !!

My family and I did a tour here today and we really enjoyed our experience. Tours are by appointment only, which we made sure to sign up before-hand. Our tour guide was Anna or Hannah (sorry, can’t remember her name!) and she was fabulous. Her and the owner were extremely helpful, nice, and they are very educated on their business. Although it’s small, it’s very becoming and they have the best vodka I’ve ever had (Huckleberry Vodka). There was a tasting following the tour, and it was an awesome opportunity to try all of their stuff. The owner does ask that customers wear a mask which we were totally fine with, and he explained to us that it’s a precautionary measure if he were to get COVID and lose his taste/smell, it would be hard for him with his business as he has to test everything before-hand! I was very impressed by this place and am glad that we got to experience it during our vacation.

We visited for a tour and tasting. It was very fun to see how the spirits are made and the woman who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the tasting and I think the vodka was probably the best I’ve ever tried! I will also say we really appreciated the reservation system for social distancing and the enforcement of mask wearing! It made us feel safe during our visit.

Great stop on our national park trip. The owner is very welcoming and knows his spirits. He was also really informative and shared tidbits about the valley and community here. My only wish was that they had 3oz minis of their whiskeys to take home (I believe they only had their vodka in 3oz minis). Highly recommend a visit and trying some of their local craft whiskeys and vodka!
