We purchased a Hunter Douglas blind from them that broke and was out of warranty. Two nice young men came and fixed it very quickly and - at no cost! You don't get any better service than that!

It was a pleasure working with everyone involved, from the showroom, to scheduling, to the installers. There was a slight hiccup in the ordering, but they made it right! I wanted something low profile. When they are open, you can't even tell they are there! Just what I was looking for! Shades came in quickly, and the installers did a beautiful and very neat job! After all the construction mess of a new home, it was amazing not to have to clean up after they left!
