    Dustin DeShazo has a habit of giving poor reviews to other local business's in the area that he is not informed about. Very unprofessional for a local business person to act this way.

    We have been insured with your office for 13 years. We had 4 cars, and home insurance as well as an umbrella policy. Your office was so unprofessional, and could not care less about my inquiry regarding my policy. I had to call your office 5 TIMES, and finally on the 6th call, I was able to actually speak to Allicia, and she was apathetic at best, and so after 13 years, we cancelled all policies and went with Geico. We got amazing customer service with Geico, better rates, and better coverage. Gary, your office has ZERO interest in customer care.

    bought a new car over Thanksgiving in Arizona. My policy in force covered the new vehicle until I had time to call State Farm. The lady I talked to on the phone was nice and had me set up with new coverage within 5 minutes. And SHE TOOK MY CREDIT CARD to pay for the first month. I love this company!

    My experience with this agent has been poor. My relationship started when my account was transferred from a different agent by State Farm. You would expect someone to contact the customer about such a major change so the new agent gets to know you and your insurance needs but this never happened. State Farm was unresponsive to an emergency road service claim I made online. I had to follow up using a national phone number. I just received a cancellation notice regarding my Umbrella Policy and the letter stated this was for lack of information. No one ever contacted me for any information. I called this agent to find out what the problem was and I was told the person who handled these policies was not there and transferred me to their voice mail to leave a message. I have never received a return call or voice message, email or follow up letter. I just sold one of my vehicles and got a refund in one envelope and a increase in premium notice on my other vehicle in another envelope on the same day. No explanation why the increased premium but I assume the multi- car discount was removed despite the fact that I continue to insure multiple cars with State Farm (in different states). Not feeling the love from State Farm and/or its agent despite being a customer over 45 years.
