My Fiance and myself were planning a wedding at the Four Seasons and had the help of Lisa who is an event manager at this location. Unfortunately, we had to change the date due to an upcoming deployment but I cannot say enough about her! Her willingness to help us and correspond was beyond professional. She was kind in her responses and she was always eager to make sure things fit our vision. This is more than I could find from almost every other venue site in the area. If you are looking to celebrate in the area, do not hesitate to contact this amazing woman and her staff!

My wife, on our 12 anniversary, couldn't find her way back to our table after using the bathroom. She made her way to the desk and asked, "is this the West Bank Grill?". She was then berated as if she didn't belong. We had already ordered a cocktail, 2 appetizers and two mains, yet they treated her like a person of ill standards. All because she was simply lost. After she found her table, right near the entrance, 3 different employees came to our table, DURING OUR MAINS, to ask if we belonged. We paid our bill in full with tip and left. The food wasn't worth the price. Do yourself a favor and Eaton Jaskson.

A real heaven for true skiing enthusiasts! Located literally few steps in front of 2 gondolas, one lift and the Arial Tram. Right in the middle of Jackson Hole - one of the best and most challenging mountain ski resorts there are. Beautiful views around! 2 nice restaurants inside. Convenient ski and boot storage. Wonder, what’s it like in summer?

Came here for manicures with my daughter on Christmas Eve. Ali is a wonderful manicurist! She gets 5 stars. However the front desk needs some Four Seasons etiquette lessons. We came into the spa wearing our ski gear. The girl who greeted us asked if we wanted water or tea and had us go to some chairs behind the check in counter. Normally at every spa/salon I’ve been to, even if using salon services, you are welcomed to the lounge/locker room. After sitting in the chairs behind the counter for a few minutes, I went to the front desk to ask if we could take off our ski gear in the locker room. We literally had our ski boots on. Were they thinking we would have our manicures with our ski boots on? After I asked they said sure no problem and gave us our locker keys and brought us to the locker room. That being said, I shouldn’t have had to ask about using the locker room. If this is supposed to be a 5 star spa or even the best spa in Teton Village, then I would’ve expected more from the front desk.

My family and I stayed here in June of 2019 and my kids (now 10, 8 and 5) still talk about it a year later. The service, food, spa, staff, housekeeping and location were outstanding. The staff thought of all the details for our room and itinerary. They even had special activity bags for each child and my daughter still sleeps with the stuffed dog they gave her. We plan to go back again someday.
