Fly Jackson Hole

I never would have appreciated quite how much goes into fly fishing without the wisdom and teachings of Skyler. We learned all about the different types of fish we might encounter, the difference between "wild" and "native," the different bugs that different fish find delish (ew) and the different seasons and times of day that impact your decisions as an angler. I definitely am light years from calling myself an "angler" but I did catch a healthy cutthroat trout and only tangled my line 3 times because I didn't pause long enough on the back cast. Highly recommend if you want to both learn AND try. Ask for Skyler. He was knowledgeable, patient, and laughed at my dumb jokes. Always a plus.

My husband and I had a blast with Jimmy doing the full day fly fishing tour. We caught around 15 cutthroat trout. This was our first time fly fishing and Jimmy was a fantastic teacher, walking us through everything step by step and guiding our every move. His passion for fly fishing is clear which made the whole day so much more fun and didn’t feel like we were just another customer, he truly was stoked for us to get a fish on the line and wanted it as bad as we did, if not more 😂 We were blown away by his knowledge of the river and even recognizing fish that we had caught! I would recommend this tour for anyone interested in fly fishing in Wyoming.

Add this to your list of MUST do tours!! We had a great experience with our guide Brian Scott! My husband had a lot of experience fly fishing but this was my first time! Brian did a great job teaching me the basics! I ever hooked a couple of fish!

Teaching AND catching wrapped up in an ultra professional package! This was my youngest sons 7 year old trip. We did the three day school and enjoyed every day of it!! My son came away from the time asking for a fly rod and where can we go fly fishing back home. The guides were all incredible, very patient, very knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around. The equipment was first class. The lunch hearty. They picked us up at the hotel and away we went. The first impression at the “school” was really neat - all about education. Thank you ALL - Collin, Skyler and Jimmy (plus the great communication Melissa) for a amazing memory! We can’t wait to come back.

We booked this fly fishing trip having never fly fished - had an absolute amazing time. Our Guide Quinn (knowledgeable and kind, helpful, patient, wonderful person ) gave us excellent instructions, and we were able to have a successful day on the water. We caught about 20 fish! Would absolutely recommend this company in this guide. The scenery was breathtaking. We took the boat fly fishing tour and did the half day. We made memories for a lifetime. We will absolutely come back and do this again this was a wonderful trip.
