As others have stated. The hours seem to change, this the only Fedex location now in town and now closes early, even though they have posted signs. More so I'm sick of being asked what I'm shipping on a daily basis. I don't ship anything hazardous or fragile. Would be nice to actually have some Jackson locals working vs people being shipped up from Utah that don't understand our community. My 0.02

Worst FedEx store in the country. There is no way to tell if they are going to be open or closed. The place is severely understaffed; nearly every time I make a trip, there's a sign on the door saying closed in the middle of the day. What an absolute train wreck.
