    I HATE fedex...I paid $35 for 2 day shipping for live crickets... were supposed to be here today 12/31, out for delivery at 2:15 and then back at the facility at 5:52. Customer service sucks, no explanation as to why it wasn't delivered. Now I have to wait til Monday and they will be dead by then. Thank you for wasting my money.

    They really make you drive to a different location because they have no way to print off a label. Poor customer service.

    The friendliest customer service I've ever received. While technology was proving to be difficult scanning one of my labels, the employee remained cheerful. I left feeling more gratitude for the world purely by the kindness of the employee who helped me.

    4:05pm and front desk man was just ready to get out of there. I had to print a label and he immediately unlocked the door for me and told me to go downtown. I understand that this place does not scan labels and print off labels (that’s what he said) but I had all the shipping information. He could of taken his time to type it all up manually and then print off a label but like I mentioned before, he was ready to leave that place.

    Couldn’t spare a single strip of tape…unless I bought “Express” which is “4 times more $”so I told the guy (smug and bald older fella) I guess I have to go to UPS instead because I don’t want to drive all the way home for tape. He replied “that’s ok.” Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Imagine losing a customer over a strip of tape? How about get smart and add a $2 fee for tape…NOT COMPLICATED folks!!! Update. UPS store was warm, helpful, and friendly. UPS for the win! Will never use Fedex again.
