Hailey was VERY RUDE.SHE should not be working with the public If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very irritating.I have ALWAYS spent a lot $ in Eddie Bauer stores.I love their products and always had great Sales people She is a Horrible representive of Eddie Bauer

Glad I get to Jackson every once in a blue moon. This is the 1st place I stop! Their Labor Day Sale was great!! End of season 50% off sale today (March 27) was great!! Again, the Jackson store has always my favorite! Great customer service!

My husband wanted to stop in here and look around for a few things. I was not very interested because we have an Eddie Bauer in our hometown. However, we thought the selection was great and I found an awesome jacket on sale. Who doesn’t love a good sale? :-) As always, the quality of the items in EB are great. This is a perfectly placed Eddie Bauer.
