Jackson Hole EcoTour Adventures

Had an amazing tour with guide Brandon in early October. He was so knowledgeable. We did see a handful of animals, but even at points where there weren’t any, his knowledge of the area was enough to keep us interested! It was awesome to learn about the ecosystem as a whole and to cover so much ground. Loved this experience!

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Nick F. He was so informative about the entire park and then some. It is evident that he loves his job and sharing his knowledge with others. The van was very comfortable and having the roof open up made it really easy to stay in the van if you wanted or needed. I appreciated the air conditioning with the van vs some of the other tours with open sides. They have a scope that they set up with the camera on their cellphone. It’s equivalent to about 800mm lens which is better than anything you can get with most cameras! If you want your own you have to rent. But he airdrops the videos to you at the end of the tour. The morning starts off really chilly and then gets hot fast. So the van was key. We went in the end of July. We saw some moose, deer, a herd of Bison, a fox, and lots of elk climbing up a hill with the sunrise behind them. Nick was great and could spot anything moving or hiding. It’s nice to not be the driver and leave it up to the professional. If it was out there…he’d find it. I’ve been in the park many times but usually one place at a time. It was a really great way to see most of the park highlights all in 4 hours. If there’s a lot to see the tour will go overtime a little bit which was nice. Gotta be patient with the animals. I highly recommend this tour company.

Highly recommend this top-notch experience. Our guide, Ricky, was knowledgeable and focused on giving our group an unforgettable wildlife sighting. We had young boys in our group and he patiently answered their questions and made sure they were in a good position to see what the adults could see. The equipment he provided was the finest quality and set us up to see all the animals Ricky (and Matthew) spotted for us!

We highly recommend BILLY FABIAN, our tour guide who is one of the best tour guides (nationally and internationally) we have ever had and trust me, we have been around the world! He was excellent, so knowledgeable, nice and fun to spend the day with. Our assistant booked the private full day Yellowstone and Grand Teton tour & my husband literally survived 10 hours of the tour (he usually does not do more than 3 to 4 h). Thank you Billy! Yellowstone has always been a bucket-list destination for me, and that desire only intensified when I started doing business in Wyoming. I opted for the Yellowstone Full Day Wildlife & Geology Adventure, and I must add that it wasn't just a geology lesson—it was a comprehensive class covering botany, paleontology, and local culture as well. Our guide, Laura Krusheski, was simply sensational—the best guide I’ve ever had the chance to spend the day with! Her knowledge is vast, covering everything from the area itself and its magnificent wildlife to fascinating and curious stories (and some thrilling, spooky ones that we absolutely loved!). She possesses deep expertise in the park’s geological formation and, above all, showed incredible care for our group, always prioritizing our safety and well-being. Beyond being an excellent driver, Laura kept the atmosphere vibrant and exciting. She continuously shared intriguing facts at every stop, always pointing out the best spots for viewing and photos. We had the fantastic opportunity to see bison and, thrillingly, TWO grizzly bears (all from a safe distance, of course!), along with all the natural wonders of Yellowstone’s Lower Loop. This was one of the best days of my life, not just because a dream was realized, but because I was in the company of wonderful people: an exceptional guide in Laura and the super friendly and kind couples who were part of our tour. The attention to detail made all the difference! The peaceful lunch right in the middle of the park and the snack stops, featuring comforting hot chocolate, also deserve special praise. Laura even made a point of telling us about the commendable initiatives of The Wyldlife Fund. I finally found a place to make a donation where I could see that my contribution was directly supporting the conservation of the park’s magnificent wildlife! So, if you’re trying to decide which tour to choose, don’t hesitate! It is ABSOLUTELY worth it to book with Ecotour Adventures, especially if you can get Laura! I believe all their guides are good, but she is truly spectacular! I will certainly be back—one day is simply not enough to explore all the marvels of Yellowstone. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
