E-Bikes of Jackson Hole

We had a great experience this fall with them. Our bike malfunctioned while we were far out from the shop and they came right out to us and switched out a new bike. They gave us a discount for the issue, and the staff was very friendly! Would definitely recommend for bike rentals in Jackson!

I recently entrusted E-Bikes of Jackson Hole to retrofit my beloved cargo bike to electric- and I am so happy I did! The quality of mechanic’s care I received was top notch. My bike (which presented complications) seemed to be an enjoyable challenge for the owner, Chris, to find solutions. He did,always communicating clearly to exceed my level of satisfaction. I am very particular and could not have been more pleased with the outcome of my now super-powered bike! The level of customer service amongst the staff left me with a renewed sense of good Jackson character. Everyone is happy to help with a smile. I also had time to parouse the big selection of rentals and bikes for sale. It seems like there’s something to fit everyone and again the staff goes above and beyond to give directions, fit bikes, etc. to make the best experience for folks. Chris and his staff are amazing! I have used E-Bikes of Jackson Hole two times and each time they made it an outstanding experience. The e-bikes are very well maintained and they have a huge selection of different bikes to choose from. We took the e-bikes out for two hour tours and the batteries had enough juice to spare. We rode for 26 miles each time and had a blast! I would highly recommend getting to E-Bikes of Jackson Hole, renting an e-bike, and go have some fun enjoying the beautiful Jackson area!

My 10yr old was in absolute heaven on this adventure. We rented our bikes from a busy, but very friendly and helpful staff in town and then proceeded to ride 11 miles south to the entrance of GTNP to Dornans for pizza and root beer. Assisted bike riding on the path is where it’s at. An awesome family adventure with gorgeous views along the way.

Great location to hop right on some bike friendly routes. We were given directions on how to get to the bike path we wanted while avoiding as much riding in the street as possible. Multiple bike options, bike recommend for our trip performed just right. Both staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
