Dr. David J Khoury

My last two years have been tough but luckily I had Dr. Khoury and his team to get me back on my feet. I first came to Dr. Khoury for an impact injury I suffered playing softball in Steamboat CO to my right knee on my way to Jackson WY. I thought for sure I had done something terrible because my whole leg was black and blue below my knee and it was very painful. After MRI and examination it turned out to be a small fracture and some minor tearing of my LCL. Dr. Khoury prescribed some Physical Therapy and no unnecessary drugs or surgery and 6 weeks or so later I was back playing ball. Almost a year later to the day I hyper-extended my left knee badly playing softball in Boulder CO where I live. It was super painful when it happened and the next day was very swollen. I was hopeful because the previous injury to my right knee felt worse. Because I had such a great experience with Dr. Khoury and his team I drove up to Jackson the next day to have him look at it instead of having some random Dr. in CO look at it. I sure am glad I did. Unfortunately this time I was not so lucky and managed to tear multiple ligaments and detach my hamstring. Almost 4 hours of surgery was necessary to reconstruct my ACL and LCL and repair my MCL and hamstring. Also a nerve was frayed and had to be carefully cleaned up. Thankfully I had Dr. Khoury behind the knife! Every step of the way from examination to post surgery visits has been very pleasant and straight forward. He also managed to help me get rid of some elbow pain I was having during this time during one of my knee check ups! His bedside manor and conservative approach definitely set him apart from other Dr.'s I have had in the past. I am now 3 months out from surgery getting better everyday and feeling confident that I can get back to 100%. Thanks Dr. Dave!

Awesome to work with and answers any questions you can think of. He did my rotator cuff surgery and I am very pleased with the results! The recovery process has been long and Dr Khoury and everyone else in his office has helped me every step of the way. They made me feel comfortable and confident that my surgery and recovery where in good hands!

Dr David Khoury has been the best. Shoulder surgery has a very long heal time but in the end it is well worth it, if you need it. I certainly did in both cases.I have had 2 surgeries one on each shoulder. The right one was done by Dr Williams in 2017 which turned out extremely well. I had a horse accident which dislocated my shoulder, tore the rotator cuff, tore the l Labrum and broke the edge of the socket,I couldn't ask for more. Dr Khoury worked on my left one on July of 2019. I slipped on a slippery concrete floor and caught it in the running board of my vehicle.There was a big tear on my rotator cuff and supraspinatus. We tried physical therapy at first they are very conservative and won't operate unless its necessary.This Facility is the best and I highly recommend it to anyone. From the nurses to the staff everyone is very nice and they are true professionals you will certainly feel that in your visit. I can't thank you all enough, you've changed my life.

Dr. Khoury is one of the best orthopedic doctors around. I have two boys that have been to see him a few different times for different injuries. He is knowledgeable, professional and a super nice guy. I like that he tries everything else first before considering surgery. His office is always pleasant to visit the staff are easy to get along with.
