I stayed at one of the cabins for two nights with a friend. The cabin had a generously wide bunk bed, a pull out bed couch, and a small kitchen consisting off a small fridge and freezer, a stove, a microwave, and even utensils such as dishes, forks and knives. It also had a bathroom of course. The location was great, we got lucky and our cabin was as far away from the Broadway as possible, so it was really quiet at night. The only issue we really had were the beds. While they were big, dare I say queen sized, they were hard as a brick and we woke up to a very not rested at all backs. Our spines felt like accordions. If they added a foam topper my review would get it's missing star. On the second night we planned things differently, one of us got all pillows available (four per bed) on one of the mattresses to cushion the back and rest properly, while the other got on the pull out bed couch and set the couch's cushions on top of the pull out so the structure below wouldn't carve into the back. That night was significantly better, again proving some sort of softer surface on the hard mattresses would improve the overall experience. I hope I get to visit again in the future, though my friend visiting again would be more feasible, and see if any improvements have been implemented.

My boyfriend and I originally planned to stay overnight but we loved it so much we extended a day. The cabins are absolutely charming and perfect if you want to hunker down with your honey or a good book, they have everything you need. Good coffee and great service. Can't wait to visit again

This place looked promising when we arrived but fell short fast. Check-in process was very fast but friendliness was just not there, both at check in and check out. It's a good thing we were exhausted from visiting and hiking the park because these were some very old saggy and lumpy mattresses. The sheets had several stains on them, questioning cleanliness. Another negative was you could not lower the heat less than 69° making it a little stuffy for us. On a positive side the kitchen area was quite nice with the essentials to prepare your own food if desired and that did seem clean. Bathroom was also nice. There was a very simple continental breakfast consisting of coffee, tea, fruits and a couple pastries. Many other options in the area with better pricing and hopefully better mattresses. Based on our stay I would not stay again or recommend cowboy Village resort.

Our cabin was comfortable and meticulously cleaned. Grounds were groomed with everything well maintained. Walking distance to rodeo, ski mountain, and downtown. Especially love that it’s dog friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Within walking distance to the square. The cabins are quaint and clean. The beds were also clean and comfortable. Love that they kept it all in log cabin fashion!! If we come this way again, will definitely stay here again. The staff is courteous and greet you with a smile.
