Corsa

Absolutely loved this place! Food was amazing and it came out fast enough. Cocktails were delicious and service was just perfect. Our server Joaquin (the guy from Argentina) was very friendly and attentive, having a few people with dietary restrictions on our table we always receive slow service when we are traveling, but our server knew all the possible alternatives and was making sure that we were happy with our appetizers and main course at all times. Would definitely come back again!

Like the presentation of the grain bowl salad and crispy skin salmon it was delicious and vibrant with flavor.

the restaurant itself is very hip and modern. food was great, though one pasta dish did not arrive warm. where we had issues: we were seated next to a fire - though pretty warm in the restaurant. we asked our server if it would be possible to lower the flame or turn off. it wasn’t until we had received our entrees that this got addressed. also, one party member had a crack in her cocktail glass. we notified a staff member who brought it to the bar and the drinks contents were poured into a new glass without being remade. A very unsafe and dismissive action. For the amount we spent ($500+) would’ve expected to be treated with better service.

This place was awesome! Good vibes, delicious food, and the staff, especially our server Mike, we’re really nice and thoughtful. Got the crispy salmon and a pasta dish. They put the sausage on the side since my wife doesn’t eat meat. The whipped ricotta was amazing. Overall an awesome place to celebrate and so far the best restaurant in the village / Jackson hole.

We found Corsa a few days ago for a drink at the bar, we looked over the menu and knew we needed to come back. The manager Sebastian was so welcoming and professional, he helped us with making a reservation and with his great menu recommendations upon our return we had an amazing dinner! We sat at the bar and had a couple unique and memorable drinks with Matt. Thank you for making my birthday special. Most of all thank you Sebastian and Matt! Both of these gentlemen are definitely huge assets to Corsa! Can’t wait to return!
