Highly overrated and overpriced. I don't mind spending on good food and service but this was neither. The Cacio e pepe was basically alfredo sauce and the bottom burger bun was soaked from the juice of the meat... it was very unappealing. We never got the bread we ordered either. Really disappointing.

The new Mecian Menu up stairs is the best I have ever had. I love the downstairs Corsa too- Best food in Teton County-do not miss it! I am an old local and I love food!!

Very cozy atmosphere in summer or winter (with a bias to winter / holiday decor coziness). Service is always mediocre (think usual snobbery that comes with most places in Teton) and the food is fine … not particularly hot or exceptional.

Everything about this restaurant is a vibe. Fantastic season I spent in Jackson hole. Great staff too thank you to Marcela the manager, and all caldera staff who made my stay magical.

Exceptional ambiance, delectable cuisine, and stellar service make for an unforgettable experience. However, a minor area for improvement would be the organization of the hostess, as it could enhance the overall efficiency. Additionally, a polished touch like ironing the window drapes would elevate the atmosphere even more.
