Boot Barn

The gentleman that helped us was extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. We ended up buying new boots for both myself and my dad. He steamed my boots to quicken the break-in process which was extremely helpful and avoided the pain of breaking in the boots.

Went for jeans. They had lots of brands and styles and sizes. Looked like because of staffing shortages the jeans weren't perfectly in order, but I was happy to have so many choices. My cashier lady was a hoot, we talked about how to break them in. She mentioned that when she was a teenager she'd toss her new jeans into the horse paddock and leave them for a couple of days.

While stock was ample and variety of boots and clothing ranged from work to western, the only field leaving room for improvement was children cowboy boots. Staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Boots Barn is best in class!

Stopped at the boot barn in Jackson. This place was packed. I wanted a show shirt for a photo shoot. The gal that helped me was extremely nice and helpful. I was surprised she noticed me with how busy they were. I wish I had remembered her name. She was also from Cali. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anything in my size, but offered me several option. Her sales experience, friendliness was greatly appreciated.

I had a great experience at the Jackson Hole Boot Barn! I had an event that required me to show up in my cowboy best, from boots to a hat. I walked in clearly out of my depth, and Emily, who was working and helping out from another location, was quick to get me everything I needed. It was much appreciated, and she did a great job. In addition to Emily’s stellar customer service, the store was well-stocked with everything you could need.
