Black Diamond Moving Company

Thank you all at Black Diamond! The guys were on time, professional, and got my things moved around quickly. We will definitely use Black Diamond again in the near future.

I get plain newsprint from them. It comes in 25# bundles and is around $35. Great for packing and wrapping glass and ceramic ware!

I called this company 3 times over 3 weeks. Each time the receptionist took all of my info regarding my move and said someone would be in contact to quote and schedule. I still haven't heard back from them. If they are this unreliable in contacting potential customers, I cannot imagine they would be reliable enough to show up at my house on the scheduled move date. They are getting 2 stars only because they helped my parents move and apparently did a good job, otherwise it should be zero. They have lost my family's business hence forth.

This company was absolutely HORRIBLE. I would never so business with them EVER!!!!!!! I scheduled moving help with them through Uhaul for a Sunday evening (4pm). They called me on Saturday morning (@8:45 am) to confirm the moving time and location. Although I confirmed the date/time/location, they reportedly called me again on Sunday 3xs to confirm the details for the move. Despite having PREVIOUSLY CONFIRMED the details on Saturday morning, they denied having record of the details and did not show up at the scheduled time of the move. I attempted to reschedule the move for later that evening (8pm). At 8 pm, I reached out to them to get an ETA on their location but they reported they were stuck in traffic. After speaking to the movers, I explained that I planned to pick up some food while I awaited their arrival. We agreed. Upon returning to the Uhual location, they were NOWHERE to be found. I attempted to call the mover back repeatedly but each time I called, I was sent to voicemail (they apparently blocked my number). I waited for an hour and even called the office (which was a google number) and left a message for them to return my call. I never received a call back. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND...NOT EVER!!!!!!

Our household goods were packed by Black Diamond. We had our household goods stored at Black Diamond for 12 years. The items were clean and without any damage. Then we had the company move our stuff to our home. They handled our items and boxes with care. They were very professional and hard working. I highly recommend Black Diamond for any of their services. They are wonderful.
