My husband and I chose Bistro to cater our wedding on August 10th, 2019 at Trail Creek Ranch. The food and service exceeded our expectation (meeting their goal listed in the website). It started with a tasting from a list of amazing choices and ended with many, many happy guests. Jen Givens is a dream to work with and managed each detail of the menu with care and with class. I am so grateful to Christine and the team for taking such good care of us and our guests the day of, making it a truly memorable experience for all. Special attention was given to both the bride and groom which we noticed and appreciated. Our guests keep sending their compliments on the delicious food and the outstanding service. Our Jackson Hole wedding planner shared that, "if you want the best, most refined catering company for your friends and family on your wedding day, go with Bistro Catering." After researching many catering companies, we realized that Bistro does, indeed, offer some of the best food (elk entrees!) and service in Jackson Hole. Further, Jen Givens, Director of Catering & Events, was a delight to work with. She helped us pick out our menu, patiently and enthusiastically answered our (many) questions, and coordinated with our wedding vendors. Over the course of the pandemic, when we had to postpone and reimagine our wedding, Bistro Catering and the Fine Dining Restaurant Group graciously gave us flexibility throughout the pandemic. We are ever grateful for them and highly recommend them for your special event.

We used Bistro Catering for a 10 person catered lunch for my wedding day. It was the best meal we had our entire week in Jackson Hole and that is saying a lot. Everyone was super pleased with our choices, and I especially loved the appetizers and how they were distributed. Christine and Jen were wonderful to work with and super flexible to our choices/needs. Thanks so much for topping off my wedding with such amazing food!

We had the pleasure of working with Bistro Catering for our August 2021 wedding and could not be happier! Jen was such a delight to work with as she helped us navigate through their impressive and customizable food options. At the tasting, we fell in love with quite literally every dish we had. Being Chicago foodies, we knew right away we made the right decision! We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic but Jen was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. Fast forward to the official wedding and it was all perfect. Her staff had to work through a massive storm in the middle of an open field and somehow managed to protect each plate of food from a single droplet of water. The presentation was beautiful and people are STILL raving about their entrees (especially that pasta!!), the breads, the meats, the key lime tarts, and the service. Everything was outstanding. If you are looking for not only delicious food, but incredible service look no further than Bistro Catering. Forever thankful for Jen and ALL the staff that helped make our wedding run smoothly no matter what! You made our day unforgettable!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Bistro Catering for our wedding held at the Snake River Ranch in August 2022! The food was so spectacular, we received so many complements from our guests saying how much they enjoyed the menu. We planned our wedding remotely from New York, and it was so easy to communicate and work with Bistro. The staff they provided to serve at our wedding were attentive and professional.
