My husband and I chose Bistro to cater our wedding on August 10th, 2019 at Trail Creek Ranch. The food and service exceeded our expectation (meeting their goal listed in the website). It started with a tasting from a list of amazing choices and ended with many, many happy guests. Jen Givens is a dream to work with and managed each detail of the menu with care and with class. I am so grateful to Christine and the team for taking such good care of us and our guests the day of, making it a truly memorable experience for all. Special attention was given to both the bride and groom which we noticed and appreciated. Our guests keep sending their compliments on the delicious food and the outstanding service. My husband and I utilized the Bistro's catering service for our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding. The service was quick and easy to use and the food was AMAZING! Our dinner guests are still raving about it. The food was easy to reheat and was all seasoned to perfection. I would recommend for any event! Our menu consisted of the vegetables from roasting pan and roasted potatoes; summer porch potato salad; along wiht the campfire scallion sirloin steak and pan roasted salmon. UGH my mouth is watering all over again after typing out the menu for the review. Would highly highly recommend! Communication with the company was also speedy and painless.

We had the pleasure of working with Bistro Catering for our August 2021 wedding and could not be happier! Jen was such a delight to work with as she helped us navigate through their impressive and customizable food options. At the tasting, we fell in love with quite literally every dish we had. Being Chicago foodies, we knew right away we made the right decision! We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic but Jen was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. Fast forward to the official wedding and it was all perfect. Her staff had to work through a massive storm in the middle of an open field and somehow managed to protect each plate of food from a single droplet of water. The presentation was beautiful and people are STILL raving about their entrees (especially that pasta!!), the breads, the meats, the key lime tarts, and the service. Everything was outstanding. If you are looking for not only delicious food, but incredible service look no further than Bistro Catering. Forever thankful for Jen and ALL the staff that helped make our wedding run smoothly no matter what! You made our day unforgettable!

We used Bistro Catering for a 10 person catered lunch for my wedding day. It was the best meal we had our entire week in Jackson Hole and that is saying a lot. Everyone was super pleased with our choices, and I especially loved the appetizers and how they were distributed. Bistro was incredible for our wedding! Not only did the tasting exceed our expectations, but the food at the wedding did as well. Everything was cooked perfectly, even when out of a makeshift kitchen in a tent. Everyone was raving about the appetizers as well. Aside from the food, Jen and Lauren at Bistro are amazing to work with.
