Big O Tires

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Called me at work and said my tie rod was taped together and tried to up charge me $2,600. I went and looked at it after work, and without even touching the tape you could see the pervious owner had taped the spare key to it. Completely visible without touching the tape. I’m convinced they didn’t even take a look at my front end. 0/100.

SCAMMERS! This people are absolutely liars. Went to change both of my front tires they said it will cost $690. And than i went out to talk to my friend and talk if i wanted to change them or not. First of all very overpriced. When I went inside they told me oh actually there was a glitch in the system but it will cost you $500 and something. The way how they play the price game is very sneaky. Never ever will go again. Have been there also for an oil change only. And than they will say things like oh your car need this and this and blah blah blah just to rip your money off. Also watch out the receipt they will add things that you never asked for. Shame On Big O

Honestly this was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a tire shop!!!! Literally my wheel.was falling off. Ron's towing came and got me and recommended big O Tires. I can not Thank big O enough for the professionals and just the outright kindness they showed me. They new I had to get back to Moran for work that day and the did everything they could to make that happen. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Hats off to you Big O tires, Nikolai and the Store gm didn't catch his name. But forever grateful for the service and great attitudes.

Shopping for tires was never easier than just calling the store and telling them what I was looking for . I explained where I live and how and where I drive my truck and the road conditions. I can easily schedule an appointment and lump it in with another task I have to do in Jackson. JD , the store manager is a super guy and treats his staff and his customers with respect, friendliness and professionalism. Having purchased a road hazard warranty was smart because driving in Wyoming.. well you know. Each time I need a tire repaired or replaced I was in and out. Great store and employees

Very non helpful in my situation needed a tire badly, came from Idaho falls and when got to Jackson had bad tire on my BMW, granted they only had ten min before they closed but they just turned me away and said sorry can't help you but you should be fine. Well started heading home and tire blew as we were going up Jackson pass and about flew off the mountain. So they definitely don't care about your situation when it's an emergency and if I knew any better I should get a lawyer and do a lawsuit but thank God neither of us got hurt.
