Jen was absolutely amazing & we could have bought EVERYTHING IN YOUR STORE, thank u Jane & Kevin, congrats on building the Bella Cose empire!

I stopped in to the kitchen store downstairs. When I asked if they had a certain product, the sales associate replied with “Did you look?”. Of course I did, but the layout of the store is so disorganized, I’d no idea where to look. She snapped at me like my mother did when I was a kid looking for a lost toy, rather than being helpful. She also questioned why a different style didn’t work for me. If you don’t have the thing I’m looking for, just say so rather than being snarky and rude. When I was looking at the very expensive Hestan pans, rather than telling me about them and giving me any kind of information about them, she said to “Do my research”. I’ve spent a lot of money here and I feel like this particular associate could have been more helpful. Rather, they were beyond rude and made my partner and I feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I’ve shopped here for over 10 years and absolutely love this store. From their incredible selection of cooking supplies to superb wedding gifts and jewelry. Thanks to Goncha, Jane, Elizabeth and Jill for their joint effort with my last purchase.

Very helpful and made buying online extremely easy! It was also very nice that they were having an early Black Friday Sale which I was able to take advantage of. I will definitely return to do business with Belle Cose again!

The entire family of Belle Cose stores is fantastic. They have a wide variety of items and there is something for everyone. The staff is top notch and always ready to assist and answer any questions. Every time I’m in town, I stop by to see what is new!
