Barker-Ewing Scenic Float Trips

It was cold. We still had fun. The mountains were mostly blocked by clouds and we didn't see everything we wanted as far as wildlife but our guide Jed was very knowledgeable and pointed out so many things along the way that we would have never noticed. Evidence of beaver activity, a bald eagle, an eagles nest, other various birds. He had some great stories and we had a great time!

We booked an 8AM float trip to experience the Snake River and learn more about the Tetons. Our boatman, Peter, was excellent. So knowledgeable about the geology of the area, animals, history, etc. It was well worth every penny. Thank you!

Our guide James was great!! Really knowledgeable about the area and history of the park and shared really cool stories and info! We saw several bald eagles, a pair of pelicans, several ducks and a deer. He said probably 1 of 3 trips they see moose. It was a beautifully scenic and relaxing boat float, and I’d book it again if I came back to the area!

Wow! What an amazing trip. Beautiful, fun, and relaxing. Peter was a great guide and highly educational. We learned about bears, moose, eagles, wolverines, and the river. We saw many Eagles but no moose so Peter told us where to see a moose from in the car on the way home

We absolutely loved our sunset float with Frank! He was full of fun stories and really cool info. He knew a ton of history on the area and was a whizz at all things animals. We saw a moose in the water right by our boat it was amazing. A beaver 🦫, lots of eagles 🦅, and the best part is a black bear popped out of the woods to get a drink, it was magical! We hit a little rain but it was short and actually pretty fun. Frank had ponchos for us! Our daughter loved it and we can’t wait to do another one on our next visit! Highly recommend this company the ladies in the office were so sweet and helpful! The views from the boat are unbelievable and the animals are the icing on the cake!
