Glad I get to Jackson every once in a blue moon. This is the 1st place I stop! Their Labor Day Sale was great!! End of season 50% off sale today (March 27) was great!! Again, the Jackson store has always my favorite! Great customer service!

My husband wanted to stop in here and look around for a few things. I was not very interested because we have an Eddie Bauer in our hometown. However, we thought the selection was great and I found an awesome jacket on sale. Who doesn’t love a good sale? :-) As always, the quality of the items in EB are great. This is a perfectly placed Eddie Bauer.

Susan was the nicest lady I’ve ever met! She was incredibly friendly even while suggesting that we sign up for rewards. She absolutely made my day.

Not dog-friendly. We were asked to leave the Eddie Bauer store because we brought our dog in. I always believed Eddie Bauer was dog-friendly since it’s an outdoor clothing store, and such stores are usually welcoming to dogs. They’re even listed as dog friendly on a couple of websites. Surprisingly, at this Jackson, Wyoming location, we were turned away because of our 30-pound dog. This is the first store in Jackson that we entered and we’re asked to leave. I’ve been to the Eddie Bauer store in Boise Idaho countless times with my dog and they were always welcoming. Not sure what the deal is with this store.
