Forage Bistro & Lounge

Hands DOWN, the best restaurant in Teton Valley. On the pricey side for sure, but WORTH IT. As locals and regulars, I can honestly say that I have never felt that the price does not meet the quality of the product that Forage turns out. Amazing culinary experience every time!

Holy smokes this place was so fun and the food was delicious! Our waitress was kind and helpful. Did I mention the food was fabulous? We kept it simple with salad and chili. The grilled steak, that was cooked to a perfect medium temp, added to the delectable blend of greens, currants, pecorino, walnuts, and champagne vinaigrette was tantalizing blend that was as good as it sounds. Another menu item that is a must is their house made elk chili and jalapeño cornbread. The chili was tasty with a hint of spice. The cornbread was slightly sweet, slight jalapeño-ish, and had bits of butter baked right in it. It came with a side of butter drizzled with honey to give it just a little push to southern comfort food. This place is a must if you find yourself in Driggs.

Cozy & unique with a relaxed yet knowledgeable and professional staff. It was great sitting at the bar as it gives you a front row seat to the kitchen staff preparing everything with precision. Definitely try their take on brie&rye, you won’t be disappointed. I had the rib-eye, but wished I got the pork chop when I saw one come out. Make reservations, it’s a small place that fills up fast!

Everyone in our group loved their entree; gnocchi, bison burger, grain bowl with chicken, beef medallions, except me. I had the brisket sliders and corn stuffed peppers. Peppers were too spicy, and the brisket was crackling (hard.) The atmosphere is nice. The restaurant was casual, but still elegant.
