Bull Moose Lodge

Quick road trip from IF for lunch in Alpine. The drive is beautiful. Our waitress was very friendly. She proudly wore a legalize Marijuana dress as part of her Halloween costume. This is a small town western style sports pub. They usually have a game on. They have a full bar and consistently good food. We ordered bloody Mary's, a French Dip sandwich and sliders. Our total was $77 with a 20% gratuity. The hamburger sliders were really good. The French Dip DOES NOT COME WITH SWISS. I thought it was accidentally left off. When I asked for Swiss I was told it doesn't come with "it but people make that mistake all the time. " 🤔. She took it back and added swiss cheese. I don't know if I paid extra as I wasn't given an itemized receipt with the check. It was delicious with the cheese. Now. The fries! The fries were the best damn fries I have ever had. They had an amazing texture of crisp outside tender inside and were seasoned perfectly. I will drive back 60 mile just for those.

Stayed here while on a motorcycle trip with my friend. The rooms were okay and the service was a bit slow but everyone was really friendly. The dinner was absolutely fantastic! Probably the best prime rib I ever had and the brisket cheesy fries were phenomenal. Things got really fun after in the saloon shooting pool, meeting new people, and blasting out some karaoke! Definitely a fun stop

Good place to have a beer and play some pool. Bartender was courteous and attentive. The liquor store is very well stocked and the jukebox works. Good time here.

We only had dinner. We were able to be seated about 3 minutes to closing. They were kind enough to seat us. The food was incredible. We actually went back the following day and again not disappointed. I would recommend the Bull Moose to anyone.

Such a nice spot to chill after a ride, try to Huckleberry mule! Delicious warm and heart food. Big portions. There is also a liquor store inside Super friendly staff and patrons. Big hearth fireplace to warm by.
