This hotel is one of the best. The personnel at the front desk are always genuine and friendly, the rooms are well kept despite the ski traffic, within walking distance of town, and they always ALWAYS remember to leave an Ambassador welcome note. I never worry about accommodations when I fly into JH, which is quite frequently due to my job. You guys might want to teach Springhill Suites Truckee how to be a stellar Marriott property because they're not even in the same galaxy.

The location is ideal to explore, Jacksonhole, Grand Tenton and Yellowstone National Park. Front desk staff were all very pleasant and friendly. The staff preparing the breakfast also deserves extra praise for keeping the area nice and clean, and well stocked up every morning. The only hiccup was running out of conditioner in the container on day 3. Would be great if housekeeping can track of supply level during our stay.

Excellent place to stay in Jackson! You’re right in the middle of town and can walk to all the restaurants. Super clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly - special thanks We had no noise issues - it was super quiet. Large hot tub that had plenty of room and the gym is A+ for a hotel gym. The only negative was the free shuttle to Teton Village does book up. So make sure to book your spots well in advance. That said, if you do miss the shuttle, the bus lines are very reliable and there is a stop right down the street. The Teton express gets you there in 20-30min and there is an airport bus line too that gets you there for $10.

We never intended to stay at this hotel originally but due to unexpected snow, the pass out of Jackson closed for the rest of the day and we were stuck needing a place to sleep for the night. After being mentally exhausted from figuring out where to stay and physically exhausted from our Tetons adventure this place was just we needed to rest and regroup the next day. The rooms are very modernized and chic and the main beds were phenomenal as long as you don’t mind a lack of privacy between them. Our only complaints were from the one of us who got stuck sleeping on the trundle mattress under the couch as the mattress was apparently very thin and uncomfortable. The free breakfast buffet in the morning though was stellar and had very unique options! The underground parking and complementary toiletries also were perfect given our snowy detour. Overall this hotel came in clutch to save our vacation!

I have stayed here multiple times. Check-in was normal, I was greeted and given my cards. I always park at the parking garage across the street; it's free. I had a king bed. The room was clean with no issues. The ac worked great. I was offered for my room to be cleaned, but I was only there two nights, so I declined. The outdoor pool and hot tub are my favorite. The hot tub is always hot and very nice to sit in at night. The gym is your standard hotel gym and works for a gym away from home. Breakfast was good. There was plenty to choose from, including bacon. Fresh strawberries were probably my favorite. The location is perfect for down town. It is across the street from a brewery. You can also walk to another brewery. As for down town all the shopping, food, and bars are within waking distance. The only thing I use my vehicle for when I get there is to drive to Albertsons. My only complaint was during checkout. I went to checkout, and the front desk person was in the office. He played on his phone and continued to be in a gaze away from the front desk. I waited a few minutes, and he did not look towards the front desk. I checked out on the app. This negative was only a couple minutes of my stay. I will definitely be back.
