Helped me find the right jacket for my trip(and even helped me find a discount!!), helped me pick the right skis(because I reserved the wrong ones online), and then helped me get my lift ticket to JH in-store. Parker was the BEST! Love this crew, this place & their gear. 5/5, would be back and you should definitely check them out!

Had a great experience renting from these guys! First time in Jackson Hole from Virginia on Spring Break with the kids. Matt was super helpful, friendly, and took some extra time to give us a lay of the mountain. Would definitely rent from here again!

I'd recommend this shop to anyone wanting to hire a bike in the area. The e-bikes we hired were excellent bikes and we really enjoyed our ride that day. The scenery is stunning and on bikes is such a great way to enjoy it. The staff were really friendly and helpful and knowledgeable both about the bikes and also the best bike rides to do in the area within the time we had available. Highly recommend!

Great experience today at Hoback Sports. We are locals who come here often enough. Matt in the rental shop needs a special shout out. He was incredibly nice and engaging and we didn’t feel like we just another rental coming through the shop. He made the experience a 5 star and should be recognized. Good hire!!

ALL STAFF friendly!!! Knowledgeable and explained everything necessary. Rented a couple of regular bikes for the day. Good price!!! Would definitely rent from them again. The store had a lot of great merchandise also. Very clean and open. Couldn’t beat a blue bird day with a bike ride. Thanks guys!
