What kind of person withholds food from a homeless person when they are given a plate??? And then you want to kick that homeless person out for being hungry??! You're horrible Patrick. My uncle is a pastor in the area. I'm going to make sure people know about this!! Shame on you!!!

I had the honor of working there decades ago. It was very welcoming to people in need. Haven't been there lately, but, I've read reviews of it, so I'm glad it is still functioning.

Patrick needs to go, he is a horrible person, he kicks people out for not having socks on but yet he does the same thing, he is mentally disturbed, unhinged, full of gossip & hate. He needs to be thrown out & made to get a job where he has no authority over any living being especially those in need. He has nothing to do with God or basic common sense.

The people that run this place are genuinely horrible human beings(Patrick and Chuck) do not waste your time. Come for the shower and food, but DO NOT stay here. If you like having your basic human rights infringed on (like cameras pointed directly at your bed) then come on down! These people are not Christians, and all they want is your money.

I was working for the Grand Teton Lodge Company, and was abruptly fired after encountering a work culture that I could not stomach. Drugs and alcohol rampant, I took a stand and they fired me for it, gave me an hour to pack my belongings that I could carry and I lost the rest. I was dropped off in the middle of Jackson with no sense of my surroundings, an empty stomach, and no resources to draw from as I had lost my banking cards in the commotion. At the Good Samaritan Mission, I found kind people, good food, and a warm bed. I was greeted with empathy and sympathy, and cried at the humanity and kindness offered there to me. I was able to find work from the local temp service, and paid well for it. Within a week I had made enough to venture onward toward safe harbor in Montana, I never wanted for food or safety at the Mission and found myself in good company. I don't know what I would have done if it were not for the gracious hosts I found at the Mission and the resources I was provided with. I found meaning volunteering and working there that I had lost in my disillusionment with the GTLC. I am eternally grateful for the assistance and guidance I received at the Mission, and will do my best to live up to the grace was shown to me there. Thank you all so much, I made it to Big Sky, and couldn't have done it without you. God bless you all.
