Great hotel and great atmosphere. Took snowboarding lessons and the instructor who went by “Pants” was amazing. He really cared and made sure you understood how to board as a first time snowboarder. 10/10 would come back.

I hate giving bad reviews but this one deserves it. With a party of eight we sat at a table at the bar for over 30 minutes and never got served we finally got up and left. The breakfast service was also very slow. The waitress seemed to be very unhappy that we weren't interested in the buffet and took a very long time to return to our table to take our order. Not sure we will be returning. For the price there are a lot of other options.

Road Tripping! Going from Portland, Oregon to Chicago. This is the 3rd Resort for snowboarding on our trip but it's ranked as the 1st. It's in a great spot, smack dab on the mountain. You can almost board/ski out of your hotel room! Cozy lounges, heated pool, day spa and a bar. This place is pretty loaded and on an oft day not bad pricing. The plan was for one night then hit the road but we opted for another we liked it so much .

Maddison at the front desk was absolutely amazing as was Bruno in the dining room. These two made our whole trip! The hotel is beautiful and clean. We happened to come in at the very end of the season, everyone treated us like we were there during the height of the season. Caring and friendly. Coming so late could have been a disaster but I’m so glad we decided to come! Thanks! We will see you again soon!

The service all around is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were very happy with our stay here and would return. There is a free shuttle that will take you downtown. The night we stayed they had a hot cocoa bar to enjoy in the lobby. The pool and hot tub area looked nice, but it was just too cold outside to think about jumping in.
