Teton Ortho is amazing! Dr. Williams and his team are perfect. They work with you to bring you the best outcome possible. Dr. Williams listens and individualizes your treatment plan for you and your situation. This was my third elbow dislocation and second elbow surgery. I wouldn't have changed anything about my whole experience with Dr. Williams. I'm a beyond happy patient!

Dr. Khoury and his amazing team are outstanding in delivering the best in patient care. After hearing from friends who had horror stories about shoulder surgery elsewhere, I was skeptical when considering surgery. Dr. Khoury addressed all my concerns and surgery was painless and recovery faster than I expected. Dr.Koury and his team are exceptional people and I will be forever thankful for their time, patience and care.

The doctors at Teton Orthopedics are amazing! Dr. Bullington and Dr. Williams are really knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. But the staff in radiology, and in billing are so rude the front desk is hit and miss with the way they may treat you. ESPECIALLY if you have to call billing, or radiology they are so rude with their gum smacking,noise in the back round of people talking and laughing. Their snarky attitude along with their unprofessional vocabulary ! They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by making an appointment, paying a bill, or picking up x rays from radiology. Again great Doctors and PAs but 😔 the rest of the office is AWFUL for the most part.

Wrecked my knee skiing on vacation in Jackson. Needed answers fast as my insurance was changing soon. I called not being very hopeful as I had only a couple day window. I was amazed to get an appointment the next day. Once I was there Hannah, my PA, was amazing and addressed all of my concerns and issues kindly and empathetically. Got X-rays and an MRI done the same day, confirming my issue. Feels like a huge weight off my shoulders knowing what to do next. Most of the staff was super friendly, save for the front desk on the phone who acted annoyed every time I called to either to set up an initial appointment, or even with following up after I received a call with no voicemail. Despite that, will definitely be going back anytime I’m in need in the Jackson area.
