Fantastic experience! Customer service was great. I experienced an issue while out in the dunes, and I was brought another machine to continue the fun. Our group of 6 rented 3 machines, and we all had a blast.

Ren was great to deal with, super friendly. Blasting around the dunes was really fun! Highly recommend.

We had a blast with our side by sides! The owner was very friendly and cares very much about taking care of his investments. If I am back up in Idaho falls again, we would definitely come play again for another few hours!

Just spent the afternoon at the sand dunes with my son! PMS Dune Rentals was great! Easy access. Good working machines. Kind and respectful even to inexperienced riders! They were also great with my eight year old son! Highly recommend!

I will forever regret renting that utv to Ren. We tipped it on it's side because the condition were terrible, Ren told us all those stories of people getting hurt and flipping the car. But he never told me that he will charge us 35000 dol for the machine. We cracked some plastic and bent the passenger door just a bit. We also hurt our backs getting the thing back on its wheel and drove it back to the rental place, but still he is trying to say that he is losing over 1000 dol a day and sent a estimate of 35000 dol to my insurance after already charging my credit card over 6000 dol. I cannot express anough how much I regret doing any business with him. If you can call that buisness and not just scam or fraud. He will make sure that you sign papers before getting the utv, knowing that he doesn't do refund and that the rental cost already 500, you will just sign it. But be prepared you just signed your life away.He also charged us for gas and goggles and helmets without telling us about it until days later when you get charge random amount on your credit card. DO NOT RENT THERE THE FUN IS DEFINED NOT WORTH THE PAIN THAT COME AFTER.
