Amazing service of the receptionists! I had an important job interview and only came to Jackson to get good WiFi in a private room. Both receptionists were so friendly and helpful and really helped me to ensure that everything works fine for my big day. Also the internet was great - video call with no interruptions. Can highly recommend this place.

I stayed at The Virginia during a ski trip. The whole place was remodeled not too long ago, so everything is neat and clean. The mattresses and pillows are awesome. There is a small frig, a large TV and plenty of accessible electrical outlets. The bathroom has its own heater and thermostat. The shower is a walk-in with a super large, gentle rain head as well as a hand-held wand. They include huge bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, There is plenty of space to hang and store things, along with a safe for valuables. They have a heated pool and hot tub, which I hear is awesome, but we did not get a chance to enjoy it. The drive to the center of Jackson is about two minutes and to Jackson Hole Resort is about 15-20 minutes. There is a motel shuttle to the resort three times in the morning and three in the afternoon. They even have a shop attached to rent skis and snowboards at a discounted price.

The room was great, but they put us right next to a storage closet. Every single morning at 6 AM I would be woken up by them rummaging around, dropping things, and talking. Really wished I could have relaxed the one time I didn’t have to set an alarm.

Amazing place to stay when visiting grand Teton national park. I was so in love with aesthetics of the room. They also have hot tub and a swimming pool in which we had a great time! Overall, great place to stay and enjoy scenic town!!

Just spent the weekend here and was lucky enough to grab a larger room last minute. The property has many great amenities. A saloon, pool and hot tub, free coffee in the morning, fire pits, a liquor store, grab and go food for your day adventures, and they had live music out first night there. It was a super talented artist, Christian Wallowing. After his music they had a short documentary on him with Q&A. It was a really cool experience and learned a lot about the history and the people in the area. The staff is super nice and were helpful and recommend some activities for us. The rooms were all updated and have good options for bigger groups. Woke up to mornings with views of the mountains and snow and then sun rise. Will be back very soon!
