Melvin Brewing

Melvin Brewing, Jackson, WY, USA

Melvin Brewing started as a brewing operation in the back of a local Thai restaurant. The idea for Melvin originally developed on the coast of California with a desire to bring West Coast-style IPA to the “west coast” of Wyoming (aka Jackson Hole). These days Melvin Brewing has grown up! They now have a large production facility in Alpine, Wyoming, that is producing and canning deliciously creative brews for distribution nationwide. They also still serve a wide swath of craft beers with a side of hip-hop and kung-fu at their Jackson location, Thai Me Up

Food is really good! The brews are tasty. I had a German variety and it was really good.

Excellent food, beer was pretty good. Cool brewery. I do wish they asked you a spice level for the food though.

Delightful out of the way brewery. Nice open seating. However when it got dark, the lighting was nonexistent. Really poor. Couldn’t read the menu. All items on the on the menu sounded good. I got the Melvin salad. It was delicious, however the size was ridiculously small for $14. My friend had the chicken sandwich which she loved.

Neat little place. We just stopped in for some beers, which were good but a mix of Melvin and other breweries. Tried a few appetizers that were excellent and will need to return for a full meal next time I'm in town.

Busy with a good atmosphere. Food is good, and decent value. Great selection of drinks. Watch out for the auto grat!
