Great experience today at Hoback Sports. We are locals who come here often enough. Matt in the rental shop needs a special shout out. He was incredibly nice and engaging and we didn’t feel like we just another rental coming through the shop. He made the experience a 5 star and should be recognized. Good hire!!

Awesome shop. Don, a bootfitter, quickly identified an issue with my boots and helped fit me into a better one. He took time and gave his full attention to each customer. Was clearly knowledgeable and I'd have bought a boot from him if I didn't have a flight to catch in an hour. They will also let you come back as much as you want if you don't love the feeling. Highly recommended.

The team here took great care of me. Helped me find the right jacket for my trip(and even helped me find a discount!!), helped me pick the right skis(because I reserved the wrong ones online), and then helped me get my lift ticket to JH in-store. Parker was the BEST! Love this crew, this place & their gear. 5/5, would be back and you should definitely check them out!

Had a great experience renting from these guys! First time in Jackson Hole from Virginia on Spring Break with the kids. Matt was super helpful, friendly, and took some extra time to give us a lay of the mountain. Would definitely rent from here again!

I'd recommend this shop to anyone wanting to hire a bike in the area. The e-bikes we hired were excellent bikes and we really enjoyed our ride that day. The scenery is stunning and on bikes is such a great way to enjoy it. The staff were really friendly and helpful and knowledgeable both about the bikes and also the best bike rides to do in the area within the time we had available. Highly recommend!
