Laura, the new receptionist, wears ALL the perfume making it very difficult for someone with asthma and allergies to even walk in the door let alone wait for their appointment and on top of that, she’s very rude. Dr B and other staff are pleasant- can’t understand why they would have her in an otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

I've used this dental office for years and they've been wonderful every time, but today my spouse went in and the blonde older receptionist treated them terribly. They basically told my spouse they were lying about having their name changed on insurance and were extremely rude the entire interaction. I'm very disappointed by this behavior. I would like to say that the hygienist here are amazing and are excellent no matter what so far.

This is one of the best dentists I've ever been to! The front staff is incredible! Trust me! I've been to a lot. Unfortunately I was not blessed with perfect teeth. However the treatment I've received here over the past few years has been beyond exceptional! They have TV's W/ headphones, chairs that have massagers and an amazing caring staff. Everyone there is super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Bassett is amazing! My dental hygienist, Mary is my absolute favorite! She is so sweet and kind. Very caring facility! 11 out of 10! Thank you all!

Granite Springs is an exceptional dental care provider. My entire family has appreciated the kindness and concern of Dr. Basset and his staff. In particular, Dr Basset was terrific helping me find relief from TMJ and grinding my teeth. Highly recommend! Check them out.

I'm having abdominal surgery soon and had some awful tooth pain that concerned me. I knew I needed to address my teeth before my surgery and was not looking forward to it. I shamefully had not been to the dentist in a few years, and being fairly new to Cheyenne, I selected Granite Springs Dentistry over the handful of providers approved by my insurance. I clearly made the BEST possible choice. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistant, to the Dr - I was treated with kindness, respect, understanding, and compassion. My questions were answered freely and willingly without the slightest hint of frustration from a single staff member. (And I am prone to having a million questions) I have two follow up appointments already scheduled for after my surgery, and do not hesitate in saying I am confident I will be a patient here for a very long time to come.
