This was a great glasses buying experience! The front desk greeted us right away and was eager to help. My husband and I were in and out within 30 minutes with an order filled. The woman who helped was very knowledgeable and clear regarding our options with lens' were, when we had never had those options explained at any other place before. We'll definitely be using Eagle Vision Center for the foreseeable future!

My husband, Ron, and I were vacationing here from Illinois when he needed an emergency repair on his glasses. Eagle Vision (and Sam at the front desk) solved his problem quickly. This enabled him to see the Grand Tetons! Five Stars for everyone! Thanks!

Was traveling from out of town. Very strange story but my wife got chased by a moose and in the process lost a contact. (True story). Walked in and the staff was easy to speak with. They were able to get us in and Dr. Shawn helped get her prescription and some contacts. They saved the rest of our trip. Well ran office with pleasant staff.

Unhelpful and how. I had issue with VSP insurance and Eagle did not help me one bit. It was left to me to work that out. VSP insurance was very helpful and coached me on how to collect thru my Dr. (Eagle Vision). However, that part was difficult. But with VSPs additional help we finally got Eagle Vision to refund my benefit. . . . a couple years go by and I decided to give Eagle another try. Not knowing if my VSP benefit was good for this year, I called Eagle. Same drill - you'll have to contact VSP yourself . . . (For the record - when I was in AZ needing VSP care - it was no problem - what is your birthday? we can EASILY check this for you.). Grrrrrrrr to Eagle.

My eyes never adjusted to the my new Rx, and I was out of town during the "warranty" period for getting the glasses fixed. I returned two days after the warranty period and they would not work with me to get corrected. Hundreds of dollars wasted. I am so disappointed. Poor customer service and the place has an intense perfume smell that was very oppressive.
