Dan Janjigian (known to most folks in Jackson Hole as “Jiggy”) is the sous chef for M Catering, a Jackson-based catering company that specializes in New American cuisine with an emphasis on sustainability and local ingredients. Dan’s creativity and Middle Eastern roots have brought a new dimension to Chef Maho’s excellent food.
